Ny värld, nya barn, nya arenor? : Om barnen, pedagogiken och IT

What is new in children's conditions for communication and learning, due to social and technological changes? This topic is discussed as a question of relations and contents within childhood culture, considered as conditions for socialisation. A conclusion is that a new area for educological studies emerges with the technological changes, an area which can be studied by educological ethnography combined with semiotics, using opening theoretical constructs and concepts to identify possibilities and means in childhood settings.
