Internet och metakognition - en forskningsansats

Abstract


This article describes a design of a researchproject concerning how the Internet and metacognitive exercises can be combined in an attempt to increase quality in teaching and learning. It reviews the background of the research and its main purpose; namly to examine if an increased awarness and controll of one own’s learning affects the ability to, in a qualitatively better way, use the Internet. The research is organized in three separate parts in a quasi-experimental design. Actionreaserch is used to introduce metacognitive exercises in two upper-secondary schools. The SOLO-taxonomy (the Structure of the Observed Learning Outcom) is presented in order to classify student’s written work.
