Abstract


Trading Faces is the first online resource in the UK on the legacy of the transatlantic Slave Trade in British performing arts. By referencing the practice and critical thinking encapsulated in the term “orature”, this essay will analyse the online platform and discuss its model of action in relation to the creation of a novel interpretation of intertextuality and orality in the field of critical heritage and digital humanities.
